Introduction
This website consists of information related to Research Data Management (RDM) and Open Science (OS) that are relevant for researchers (including PhD students) in the Computer Science Department of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
This website includes the department RDM guidelines, which is specialised from the university and faculty RDM guidelines.
We encourage each group to publish their own RDM guidelines to cover specific data and their related issues. The page for each group is maintained by the RDM contact. There are two ways to add group-specific guidelines:
- Add your HTML code in the corresponding page
- Write your guidelines in Markdown and paste it in the right place.
This website of RDM & OS guidlines is released under the license CC-BY-NC-4.0. You can fork it and adapt it to your department/faculty. It was inspired by the OS Guidebook for neuroscience by the Open Science Working Group at Amsterdam UMC’s Anatomy and Neuroscience Department.
